it is a royal bloody shame. i loved that connecting flight, also have friends in london for stop-overs.....and it was, interestingly, often cheaper than many other european connections. am so very sorry. |

I am actually thrilled. Now that the BA has withdrawn itself from the Sarajevo market, maybe at last there will be room for a low cost airline to do a stop over in Sarajevo on their way to Split or Dubrovnik or Mostar or anywhere really. What is needed is for the tourist board to wise up and start promoting Sarajevo as the ideal weekend city, a refuge for the ousted smokers of Europe and especially UK. And I say this last bit only half in jest.
Now would be the ideal time. Food, drinks and fags are all very cheap in Sarajevo and the UK tourists, pinched by the credit crunch, cannot afford to go to their usual destinations as much.
Glad you enjoyed your trip around the isles btw. bestest fishes.. |

the ba flight sarajevo - london was full up yesterday and still the flight is being cancelled, it just makes me angry, it'll be pain and time waster again to come home who live abroad.
grrr, hope your letter will have some influence on reverting the flight.
btw congratulations on becoming 'bosanski zet'!
wish you both all the happiness in the world!
